• Born in Baghdad, 1953.
• Holder of B.A. Degree, French literature, College of Arts, 1975.
• Diploma in German language, College of languages, Baghdad, 1996.
• Courses in Spanish language, Spanish Cultural Centre, Baghdad, 1980.
• Courses in Spanish language, UNDP, Baghdad ,2001-2002.
• Worked under the supervision of the late Dr. Khalid Al-Jadir,  College of Arts studio, 1971 - 1972.
• Worked as an art designer, 1985 - present.
• Participated in accomplishing a mural for the Red Cross in Iraq,1994.
• Member of the Iraqi Plastic Arts Association.
• Member of the Iraqi Artists Union.
• Member of the Iraqi Translators Association.
